Wednesday September 1st
In case you hadn't noticed we have recently restructured our Draft Beer program to include pitchers of draft for $22.35 with all the taxes included. Not only that, we lowered our prices by a dollar a glass on all our draft beers. We continue to promote our very popular Draft Flight whereby you receive six, 4 ounce glasses of draft for only $9.95. Flights, Pitchers and lower prices make for a winning combination in the Vineyard where we've got your beer.
Monday September 6th
Today is LABOUR DAY and I would like to inform you about our recent and good fortune. The WINE SPECTATOR magazine of New York has awarded Vineyards Wine Bar Bistro, their 22nd consecutive award of excellence for having one of the world’s outstanding wine lists. The owners JOHN WOOD, BARBARA MIREAULT and the VINEYARDS staff are very proud of this remarkable accomplishment and we would like to THANK YOU, our dear customers for recognizing our commitment to excellence since 1979
Friday September 10th
BACK TO SCHOOL and the fun begins as we better serve your personal continuing education program with our wine flights. Three pre-selected wines in 2 ounce presentations, on a carefully designed carrying tray, with evaluation paper for you to document your impressions of the wine flavour profiles. No we won’t be marking your papers but you will be furthering your grape education at VINEYARDS “U”.
Wednesday September 15th
We have all heard of the great quality of the wines from BRITISH COLUMBIA, more specifically the wines from the OKANAGAN VALLEY. Tonight we are featuring 6 great red wines from producers SUMAC RIDGE, JACKSON-TRIGGS, PROSPECT and MISSION HILL wineries. We will be featuring our ever popular WINE FLIGHTS program to showcase these delicious wines. COME on down into the VINEYARD and check what all the buzz is about from B.C. wines.
Monday September 20
OKTOBERFEST has arrived in the VINEYARDS. Around the world today, beer lovers are celebrating the largest beer fest of the fall season. We’ll be featuring over a dozen GERMAN lagers, wheat, bocks and schwarz biers with sauerkraut, brats, knacks and weiss wurst sausages including their fabulous sweet mustard. For the wine lover we encourage you to indulge in our German white wine flight consisting of a Gewürztraminer and 2 Rieslings. Be sure to drop in and pick up your FREE copy of GREAT LAKES BREWING NEWS. Great grapes, fabulous food and delicious beer, it must be OKTOBERFEST in Vineyards

It’s really that time of year again when the social planners are booking their annual Christmas/Holiday Party in the Vineyards. This festive season we are open WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY and FRIDAY from 11:30AM to 3:00PM for lunches. Depending on the size of your party you could possibly have the VINEYARDS exclusively. We are offering a full seasonal menu which can be customized to meet your group needs. Simply visit our website and click on “SEASONAL MENU”.
