Stouts
Dry stout is closely associated with Ireland in general and Guinness in particular. These brews tend to be rich and dark with a definitive bitter note and a drying palate feel. Draft Irish stout is nitrogen flushed to give it that telltale white creamy head. This process is also affected in cans and bottles with the nitrogen “widget”.

It is sweet, nutty, flavourful, smooth, and the hops aren't overpowering but give flavour and balance to this beer.

Opaque black. Creamy mouth feel that is reminiscent of a chocolate syrup milkshake. Cocoa, herbs and burnt coffee come through on the finish.

(SRI LANKA) 8.8% Alc. - 330ml bottle Known in other markets as Lion Stout. Dark thick and rich aromas of mocha and teriyaki sauce. Bitter chocolate on the palate with an interesting tangy finish. Wonderful with fresh shucked oysters.

(MONTREAL, QUEBEC) 5% Alc. - 341ml.bottle The McAuslan Brewing company has released a gem in this stout. Full of chocolate, cocoa and coffee in the proper proportions. Hard to just have one.
YOUNG’S DOUBLE CHOCOLATE STOUT $12.95
(ENGLAND) 5.2% Alc. - 500ml.bottle Deep brown colour presents a delicious creamy cappuccino head to sip through. Real dark chocolate is used in this recipe, think baker’s chocolate with malt, still leaves the finish dry and not sweet.
