Ales
Generic terms for English style top fermented beers. Usually copper coloured but can be darker. Ales are produced in a wide variety of colours, palates and strengths. Some ale categories are Bitter, Brown Ale, India Pale Ale, Old Ale, and Scotch Ale. A great Ale from England- Fullers London Pride.
